Bhakti Ahire is an experienced international educator, IB curriculum developer, and author specializing in Design Technology education. With over a decade of experience teaching and leading in international schools across Germany, Portugal, China, and India, she has developed a deep expertise in curriculum design, interdisciplinary learning, and innovative education practices.

Bhakti currently serves as Head of Design at the International School of Hamburg, where she leads the development of design education across the Middle Years and Diploma Programmes.

In addition to her school leadership role, she is actively involved with the International Baccalaureate as a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN), contributing to curriculum development, teacher training, assessment design, and educational resource development.

Her work has influenced IB teachers and students globally, and she is the author of an IB Design Technology examination preparation book published by Extend Education.
