As part of my efforts, I worked in rural villages across India, engaging with students to share insights from international education and provide guidance on global learning opportunities. This work aimed to broaden students’ horizons, inspire aspirations, and empower young learners with knowledge and exposure beyond their immediate environment.

Global Schools Advocate – Global Schools Program (UN SDSN) — Completed comprehensive training in Education for Sustainable Development and SDG integration, empowering educators to introduce sustainable practices and global citizenship education into classrooms.
As a volunteer with Teach For India, I worked directly with students in under-resourced schools, focusing on bridging educational gaps and providing quality learning opportunities. I designed and implemented innovative lesson plans, mentored students, and shared global learning perspectives to inspire critical thinking, curiosity, and ambition. My work aimed to empower children from marginalized communities with the skills and confidence to pursue higher education and broaden their career horizons.
It was truly an amazing day at the graduation ceremony of the University of Cumbria, meeting my fellow graduands and our wonderful professors in person for the first time!
